Lot Marking

Striping over different surfaces requires different materials. Striping after freshly laid asphalt or sealcoating requires water-borne paint. These paints are typically formulated with lead-free pigments and do not contain any active solvents. Striping over concrete substrates requires chlorinated rubber paint to promote proper adhesion. 

Paints should be applied using an airless striping machine to ensure long-lasting, high-quality lot marking. The typical drying time is 30 minutes; however, traffic should remain off the lot for at least one full hour.
